The indexes in the U.S. stock market opened with recovery on Friday to begin the last trading day of the week with a rebound after having massive losses on Thursday.
The Dow Jones added 347 points, or 1.46 points, to begin trading at 24,208 points, while the S&P 500 rose 35 points, or 1.36 points, to 2,616 points.
The Nasdaq increased 105 points, or 1.56 percent, to start the day at 6.882 points.
With worries over rising inflation and the increasing possibility that the U.S. Federal Reserve could make more rate hikes than anticipated this year, the indexes posted losses in the past week and decreased around 4 percent on Friday.
The indexes reached record high levels in January and the recent decline is a correction in the bull market, expert said, however they added that volatility remains high in the market.
The CBOE Volatility Index with a ticker symbol VIX, which measures the market's volatility expectation in the S&P 500, was down 9 percent at 30.48 at the first bell.
The 10-year U.S. bond yields was up 0.4 percent at 2.860 percent.
