Gasoline sales increased by 18.04 percent to 204,119 cubic meters in February, Turkish Oil Industry Association (PETDER) data revealed Wednesday.
Compared to the same month of last year, diesel sales rose by 14.88 percent to 1.7 million cubic meters.
Autogas LPG sales in February reached 223,196 tonnes, rising by more than 8.44 percent from 205,818 in February 2015.
Additionally, total fuel oil sales surged in the first two months of 2016 compared to last year.
In January and February, total gasoline sales increased by more than 5 percent to 403,910 cubic meters.
During the same months, diesel sales rose to 3.4 million and autogas LPG sales reached 447,146 tonnes.
