Gasoline sales in Turkey dropped by 3.96 percent to 196,013 cubic meters in February compared to the same month of 2016, Turkish Oil Industry Association (PETDER) data revealed Monday.
Compared to the same month last year, diesel sales decreased by 1.37 percent to 1.72 million cubic meters in February 2017.
Autogas LPG sales in February totaled 203,861 tonnes, falling by 8.67 percent from 223,215 tonnes in February 2016.
Additionally, gasoline sales in the January-February period of 2017 fell by 2.09 percent to 395,417 cubic meters compared to the same period last year.
Diesel sales increased by 1.12 percent to 3.45 million cubic meters over the same period while auto LPG sales saw a drop of 5.58 percent to 422,194 tonnes.
