Danish wind giant Vestas received a 224-megawatt (MW) order for an undisclosed project in the U.S., the company announced Tuesday.
The order for V110-2.0 MW turbines includes supply and commissioning of the turbines as well as a ten-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement, according to Vestas' statement.
Deliveries are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2019 while commissioning is planned for the fourth quarter.
'The project and customer are undisclosed at the customer's request,' Vestas added.
