Turkey's liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) imports increased by nearly 0.82 percent to 317.9 thousand tonnes in November 2018 compared to the same month of the previous year, according to the latest data revealed by the country's energy watchdog on Sunday.
The Energy Market Regulatory Authority's (EMRA) data showed that imports to Turkey came from Algeria, the U.S., Norway, Kazakhstan, Russia, Libya, U.K. and Santa Kitts and Nevis.
Turkey's LPG production increased in November to approximately 65 thousand tonnes - a year-on-year increase of almost 9 percent.
Exports saw a slump over the same period by nearly 95.3 percent to 1.4 thousand tonnes compared to November 2017.
LPG sales hit approximately 317.1 thousand tonnes in November, including 249.3 thousand tonnes of autogas, 58.2 thousand tonnes of bottled LPG, and 9.6 thousand tonnes of bulk LPG.
