Japan's Inpex Corporation shipped its first condensate (ultra-light crude oil) cargo from the Ichthys LNG plant in Australia, the company confirmed on Tuesday.
The company said it is poised to continue responding to the energy demand in Japan, Asia and the rest of the world and will proceed with the production and shipment of LNG by the end of the year.
'It is also scheduled to commence the shipment of LNG and LPG in sequence within the third quarter of the current fiscal year,' Inpex said.
